Boy Scout Troop 521

Two more Scouts were elected to the Order of the Arrow in Spring 1998. This photo shows one of them just after the callout being congratulated by an OA advisor, his Scoutmaster, and a fellow Scout. Both candidates successfully passed their ordeal. Well done, guys!
